3. AI-Generated Content & Creator Responsibility
Content produced through the YouTube Content Generator is synthesized by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI). You understand and agree that:
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, proofreading, fact-checking, and verifying any AI-generated titles, descriptions, scripts, or tags before publishing them on YouTube or any other platform.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all published material complies with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and copyright policies.
- No Ownership Claims by YouSocial: YouSocial does not claim proprietary copyright ownership over the specific text outputs generated from your custom prompts.

The YouSocial brand name, logos, website layout, styling, custom CSS, scripts, and software architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of YouSocial and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and trade dress laws.
